About Rotary Zones 30 and 31  With the re-zoning of Rotary International taking effect on July 1, 2009, Rotary International Zones 30 and 31 will be the HEART OF AMERICA. They are comprised of 26 districts in 13 states. Zones 30 and 31 will be represented on the Rotary International Board of Directors by Director elect Fred Hahn from the Rotary Club of Independence, Missouri in District 6040. RID Fred is the convener of our 2009 Rotary Institute.
